Hi! I'm Michael Sova, and I would like to welcome you to the Serra Traverse City website. As a sales consultant for the dealership, you can rely on me for quality customer service. I take the time to listen to my guests' needs and always work in their best interests. My colleagues and friends know me as someone with a light-hearted attitude and a genuine passion for making others laugh. I am proud and honored to help my customers find the perfect vehicle, which is likely the second most significant investment they will make in their lives. I grew up in Traverse City, Michigan, and love working for our incredible community. I attended Northwestern Michigan College for Business Administration. My skills include great leadership, being easy to work with, and a skilled communicator and problem-solver. When it comes to my free time, I enjoy golfing, camping, hiking, paddling and watching football. I am always striving to be the master of my craft and improve the customer sales experience. My overall experience was excellent. Mike was very communicative and kept in touch, and accommodated my schedule to meet and take care of returning my old lease and acquiring a new one.
